Delete your account
A plain-language summary. We kept it short and clear. The full rules still apply: our Privacy Policy, our Terms and Egyptian law.
You can delete your account in the Naemn app or the Naemn Partner app at any time, from inside the app, or ask us to do it. Here is how, and what happens to your data.
01In the Naemn app (customers)
Open Naemn and sign in.
Tap Settings in the bar at the bottom.
Under Account Actions, tap Delete Account.
Tap Delete to confirm. Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out.
02In Naemn Partner (salons and barbers)
Open Naemn Partner and sign in.
Tap Profile in the bar at the bottom.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.
- Salon owners: deleting your account closes your salon on Naemn. It disappears from the customer app and your team loses access. Finish or reassign upcoming bookings first. If your salon owes Naemn money, or Naemn owes you, we settle the balance before the salon is closed.
- Barbers in a team: your account is deleted and you leave the salon’s team. The salon keeps its own record of the bookings you served.
03Ask us by email or WhatsApp
Can’t open the app? Email us or send a WhatsApp message, preferably from the phone number on the account, with:
- the phone number of the account;
- the app: Naemn or Naemn Partner;
- “Please delete my account”.
To protect your account, we confirm the request with that phone number first, for example by a message or a code.
04What is deleted, what is kept
Deleted
- Your name, phone number, password and gender
- Your email address
- Your saved addresses
- Your notifications and support reports
- Your push notification tokens
- For partners: your profile, emergency contact and identity documents, and a closed salon’s page, photos and details
Kept, and why
- Booking and money records (bookings, home visits, commission, fees, payments, payouts and voucher uses), with your name and phone number removed, for accounting and tax, as long as the law requires.
- Reviews you wrote, without your name, so salons’ ratings stay accurate.
- SOS alerts and safety reports, as long as needed for the incident and any claim or investigation.
- Anything the law requires us to keep, or that we need for a legal claim, only for as long as that lasts.
05How long it takes

Deleting your account can’t be undone. To use Naemn again, sign up as a new customer or partner.
